Position Summary
The Land, Real Estate & Facilities department at the City of Regina is in the market for a dedicated and passionate individual who is prepared to make a difference in the quality of life that citizens enjoy. If you are the successful candidate, you will achieve this by managing multi-disciplined facilities projects applying professional engineering knowledge in architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical facility systems. There is an opportunity for the candidate to lead and support an exciting and wide range of projects that can exceed $5,000,000, including administration and operations facility improvements and new facility construction. In addition to the delivery of projects, you will perform facility condition assessments, feasibility studies and master planning as well as asset management planning for over 200 City owned and regularly occupied facilities.
