Potential Opportunities:

Instructional Design and eLearning Development:

• Develop compelling instructional materials for various learning platforms (in-person, virtual, or blended).
• Design and implement eLearning courses aligned with organizational goals.
• Demonstrate the ability to create engaging and effective content that addresses diverse learning styles and objectives.

Project Management:

• Manage end-to-end learning and development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training initiatives into overall organizational projects.

Change Management and Organizational Development:

• Lead change management initiatives within learning and development programs.
• Contribute to organizational development strategies fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Leadership Development:

• Design and deliver impactful leadership development programs for current and future leaders.
• Provide coaching and support to leaders in their professional development journey.

AI Experience:

• Apply AI principles to enhance the design and delivery of learning solutions.
• Integrate AI technologies to personalize learning experiences and optimize content delivery.

Facilitation:

• Conduct engaging and interactive learning sessions for diverse audiences.
• Customize facilitation approaches to meet specific needs across different learner groups.

LMS Administration:

• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), managing user accounts, content uploads, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Training Coordination:

• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, handling scheduling, venue setup, and participant communication.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, offering recommendations for improvement.

Webinar Producing:

• Oversee virtual training sessions on platforms like Zoom, MS Teams, or Webex for a seamless and interactive experience.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to facilitators and participants.

Technical Writing:

• Create clear and concise technical documentation to support learning materials and processes.
• Ensure documentation aligns with industry standards and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred but not required
• Proven experience in instructional design, eLearning development, project management, change management, leadership development, technical writing, or organizational development
• Familiarity with eLearning tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, or Vyond
• Ability to develop engaging content that aligns with diverse learning needs and objectives
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Experience with Learning Management Systems like Workday, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, or Saba.
• Proficient in AI technologies, machine learning, and natural language processing.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage change and lead initiatives in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in virtual training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• The ability to share work samples or a portfolio is highly preferred.
• Bilingual (English/French Canadian) is preferred
