Job Position: HR Secretary Reports To: HR Supervisor Start: ASAP End: June 30, 2023 Work location : Hybrid 2-3 days in office Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm DUTIES: * Provide secretarial/administrative support to the department such as performing duties related to the maintenance and update of the life-cycle of employees’ master data in HRIS system (e.g. set up newly hired employees, salary revisions, placing employees on leaves, resignations, retirements, transfers, allocation of allowances); responding to employees’ inquiries involving reference to specific agreements and HR polices, etc. * Compose routine letters and department correspondence pertaining to respective area * Perform clerical/secretarial activities, in accordance to Human Resources procedures * Provide secretarial/ clerical support in relation to relevant of collective agreement(s) provisions/policies and procedures that pertain to Human Resources functions and responsibilities * Perform secretarial/clerical duties such as maintaining files and follow-up systems; utilizing established formats or creating new formats/setups as required; maintaining and updating data pertaining to the assigned area, etc. * Supporting the HR Liaison Desk duties on a rotational basis as scheduled * Perform other duties as assigned or required by the department If you have the skill set matching the job description, apply with us.
