ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Senior Manager, Employee Engagement (HR) will support a cohesive company culture based on YPs core values and mission, promoting an inclusive and engaging workplace. This role focuses on enhancing every aspect of the employee lifecycle, ensuring employees have a fulfilling and productive experience. The role encompasses responsibilities in employee engagement, onboarding and offboarding, company culture, employee recognition, internal communications, work environment, learning and development, wellness programs, diversity and inclusion, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing a positive work environment, promoting and enhancing employee engagement. This role is critical in shaping the future of YP by helping align and execute HR initiatives to the companys core values and mission.
