Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Manager role at our Montreal, QC location. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the automotive service center. This includes managing the staff, scheduling appointments, maintaining inventory, handling customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring that all services are performed efficiently and effectively.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
  • Experience in customer service
  • Familiarity with inventory management
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus
  • Automotive certification or diploma is preferred
