Are you an experienced Project Manager with a knack for overseeing Instrumentation projects with precision?
FLINT is growing and is looking for Electrical and Instrumentation Project Management professionals instrumental in securing bids for various projects awarded and upcoming. Successful candidates will keenly see safety, quality, schedule, and cost. This role defines the objectives for the project and will be working closely with Turnaround and/or Construction Managers. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and skills in electrical systems, equipment, and tools, and must possess a valid Journeyperson or Red Seal certification and prior experience managing crews and projects.
What would you be doing?
Responsible for workforce planning including the development of all work scopes, shift schedules, and field work packages to implement and control all work through to a safe and efficient completion.
Provide coaching, technical training and performance reviews for direct reports.
Provide regular communication on safety, goals, timelines, and expected progress while motivating your crew to succeed.
Ensure all field activities in the assigned territory meet or exceed safety, quality, schedule, and cost through the efficient use of all resources including staffing, materials, tools, and equipment.
Ensure that daily and weekly short-range planning is implemented properly, right down to the foreman level.

Does this sound like you?
Have a Journeyperson Electrician and or Instrumentation Technician ticket or a Red Seal Certificate.
Experience managing the mechanical aspects of construction, pipeline, and plant shutdowns.
Experience and ability to read and interpret Requests for Proposals, including technical electrical and instrumentation drawings.
Utilize systems for estimating, scheduling, and/or project management.
Experience analyzing project/operational and financial data and implementing performance action plans to improve operating results.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
