This position is based in Calgary on our client site. These opportunities are expected to start in November for a few weeks. There is the potential that this position could last longer than the expected end date if our scope of work is expanded.
What would you be doing?
Perform pre-operational routine inspections on equipment
Soil leveling or ground manipulation
Safe and efficient operation of equipment
Identifying safety risks and hazards on site
Operate two-way radios and other means of communication
Communicate/review hand signals with spotter
Does this sound like you?
2 or more years experience operating Excavator/track hoe
Have a great attitude and good safety record
Able to handle and lift heavy objects up to 75lbs
Can troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and find solutions
Can work independently and follow directions
Have valid safety tickets such as, H2S Alive, CSTS & WHMIS, Ground Disturbance

LOA and travel allowance provided for non-local candidates
$60.00/day for travel if local
LOA: $165/day if over 120 km from home residence
Mob and Demob: $400 Flat rate, paid only once to non local candidates

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
