Job Description:
ClearStream Wear Technologies is looking for 2 Pipefitters. Both are for day shift. Both roles are permanent and are working 4-10s.
ClearStream Wear Technologies is looking for 2 Pipefitters. Both are for day shift. Both roles are permanent and are working 4-10s.
You must be competent to cut, prep and fit stainless-steel pipe & fittings. You will also be adept to reading fabrication drawings and doing layout.
What you’ll be doing:
Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the type of pipe and tools to use and lay out the sequence of tasks.
Draft detailed sketches for pipe and equipment fabrication and installation, as required.
Measure, cut, thread, groove, bend, assemble and install metal, plastic and fiberglass pipes, valves, and fittings.
Join pipe sections, related equipment and secure in position.
Use testing equipment to check systems for leaks.
Perform other duties as required.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Journeyperson Pipefitter certificate (Red Seal if out of province certificate)
We are also open to registered apprentices with stainless steel experience.
Must be competent to cut, prep and fit stainless-steel pipe & fittings
Must be adept to reading fabrication drawings and doing lay out
Ability to read and understand complex instructions
Ability to do careful and exact work

Monday-Thursday 10 hour shifts with 3 shifts off per week
Permanent opportunity local to Edmonton area

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
