Clearwater Seafoods’ Information Systems & Services department requires an IT Security Analyst. The position is a Full-time position and is located in Bedford, N.S.
Purpose of Position
The IT Security Analyst’s role is to ensure the security, stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, network services, endpoints, mobile devices and its related processes. This is achieved by implementing, monitoring, and developing security processes and procedures to protect wide area networks (WANs) across the organization which includes both office and manufacturing plant environments. In addition, the IT Security Analyst will install, configure, maintain, support, secure, optimise and manage all monitoring tools, software and connectivity such as servers, IOTs, firewalls, switches/routers, VPN, VoIP, data, and Wi-Fi (CISCO, HP and Dell).
This individual will also analyse and mitigate against hardware, network, processes and people risk in a timely and accurate fashion along with facilitating and providing end user awareness training where required.
