Clearwater Structures Inc. is an industry leader in the heavy civil construction sector, specializing in bridge rehabilitation and construction. We are currently looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude who thrives on helping others and providing a positive internal and external customer experience. Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Support the accounting department
- Provide the management and office team with administrative support and assist with projects as need
- Help keep office running smoothly and efficiently
- Run various errands, such as picking up supplies, post office deliveries, etc.
- Understands that even the small stuff counts, be it wiping out a sink, picking up cream, no task is menial!
You should have:
- Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration, Accounting, or relevant experience
- 1-2 years prior administrative experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Friendly and professional communication skills; written and verbal
- Is proactive and takes initiative
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Solid time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Tech savvy with strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn
- Valid G license and own transportation required
What we offer:
$19.00 to $22.00/per hour based on experience
Casual dress
Approx. 18-24 hrs per week
Approx. 3 days per week – flexible on which days
NOTE: The office is currently located in Ajax but moving in the near future to Bowmanville. Only candidates who are able to make the commute to Bowmanville once the office has moved will be considered. This position is not remote.
