Role Overview: ClinicLine, is an early startup that is experiencing tremendous growth. To help support this growth, we’re seeking an operations manager to lead and oversee daily activities. As a young company with accelerated growth, the operations manager will have exposure to several core aspects of the business—providing them opportunities to grow as a well-rounded business leader. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a can-do attitude and a bias for action.
You have a high attention-to-detail and are extremely organized.
You quickly come up to speed on the operational needs of a growing business and be able to learn and adapt quickly.
Objectives of this role:
Maintain constant communication with staff, customers, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
Track staffing requirements, hiring new team members as needed
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance, and feedback protocols
Take a lead role in ensuring customer success
Be willing to become a subject matter expert in all things surrounding clinic management.
Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
Develop internal and customer facing reporting mechanisms and problem resolution.
Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems
Work closely with compliance and technical departments to ensure that activities run smoothly and are compliant
Oversee materials, technology requirements and staffing
Required skills and qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business management, administration, or related field
Two or more years of proven success in a similar role within a medium to large company
Strong skills in operational and project management
Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service
Knowledge of business productivity and CRM softwares
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and innovative thinking.
A self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Tech-savviness and lean into emerging technologies
