Must-haves High School Diploma required. The Back Office Operations Analyst (Payments/PAPP/ROT) is responsible for examining and completing requests regarding changes in payment(s) and/or term(s) for borrowers with student loans. The role entails using both internal tools and access to the loan servicing system to update repayment schedules as requested by the borrower or required under the repayment guidelines.
