Position Opening: General Manager
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a seasoned and dynamic General Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operations of our clinic, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of care and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Guarantee the seamless flow of daily clinic operations. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.Resourcefully tackle challenges, displaying a high degree of autonomy in decision-making. Independently oversee projects and operations, ensuring high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision
Inventory and Supply Management: Supervise the procurement process, ensuring timely acquisition and proper stock levels of medical supplies and equipment.Team
Scheduling and HR Management: Oversee staff scheduling, leave management, and participate in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisals.
Financial Oversight: Manage all aspects of clinic finances, including bill payments, vendor relations, and contribute to budget development and financial reporting.
Customer Experience Management: Uphold exceptional patient care and oversee customer satisfaction initiatives.
Policy Development and Maintenance: Formulate and update clinic policies and procedures.
Marketing and Promotion: Overseeing marketing efforts to promote the clinic’s services. This could involve coordinating with marketing professionals, managing social media teams, and developing promotional materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or managerial capacity, preferably within a healthcare or Medispa environment.
Highly organized and curious individual with a proven ability to manage complex operations efficiently
Excellent interpersonal skills are required, with a history of positive team management and client interactions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Suite and clinic management software.
