The office manager/HR generalist position is a dual-role involving office management responsibilities as well as human resources activities. The office manager component of this position is responsible for overall front office administrative activities and workflow, managing IT, office-related purchasing, and facilities management. This role is also responsible for performing HR-related duties in the following HR functional areas: payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment / employment and employment law compliance.
