RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for providing members & guests with a high level of service, operating the front desk in a proficient and efficient manner to ensure a smooth flow of members, guests and administration accuracy through the company systems.
Work independently
Read, interpret & implement company policies
Respond actively to all requests and inquiries from guests, members & staff
File both alphabetically & numerically
Operate computers, printers, photocopiers & computer programs
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must possess an outgoing, friendly personality, strong
communication, organizational and computer literacy are essential skills. Proven performers are rewarded with opportunities for progression to Supervisory and Management roles.
