Reporting to the Vice President, Governance & Compliance, the Executive Assistant will play a vital role in a fast-paced environment, providing direct administrative support to the President & CEO as well as other senior members on their team. In this fast paced and highly demanding setting, the ideal candidate thrives under pressure and is an essential part of the President’s Office. The role involves delivering executive-level administrative support in a professional, efficient, and confidential manner. The successful candidate will excel at building and maintaining strong working relationships and proactive communication channels internally and externally.
