About The Position
This is a permanent part-time support staff position (RPT) working 24 hours per week at an hourly rate of $24.43, reporting to the Associate Director, Co-Operative Education & Experiential Learning.
The incumbent provides an array of administrative support duties to Co-op and Career Services. This includes handling a variety of inquiries that require in-depth knowledge of college policies. Program guidelines and procedures. The incumbent aids the entire team, which includes clerical and administrative support for the delivery of the Co-op & Career Services programs.
The incumbent answers or redirects inquiries, provides program details and criteria, compiles and maintains student and employer records. Responsible for data entry, maintenance and reports within the myCareer system (job postings, student accounts, employer accounts). Support special projects as assigned
