Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for selling vehicles, assisting customers in the car-buying process, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The Sales Associate will be expected to manage inventory, maintain a positive sales environment, and work closely with other team members to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of automotive technology, features, and benefits is a plus
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is a plus
