Coast 2000 Terminals is seeking a temporary full-time Parts Clerk for a 3-month project. This position can become a permanent position as the project evolves. This position is primarily based at our Richmond facility but will be required to travel to our North Vancouver and Squamish facilities as required.
Our sites are not transit accessible. You must have your own vehicle to be considered for this position.
Primary experience needed:
- Handing of Parts and Materials
- Parts storage
- Inventory Control
- Identifying Parts including cross-referencing
- Looking up parts data online
- Organizing of data
Work to be done:
- Sort out ~2,000 parts that were not catalogued initially, and enrich the parts to have them added to our ERP.
- Update parts with true OEM Part numbers and ensure that multiple manufacturers are handled as intended in our EFP.
- Support the labelling of parts rooms, re-bin parts and upload locations to ERP and print labels for all parts.
- Ensure we have properly identified Inventory vs Consumable parts and move parts within ERP.
