About This Opportunity
In this role, you will be a key member of Canada’s Credit & Collections team. You will focus on accelerating the investigation & resolution of customer claims related to pricing discrepancies, damages, shortages and fees, as well as support collection activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of customer deductions
- Create weekly & monthly open & closed deduction reports
- Perform account reconciliations to help recover funds relating to invalid deductions.
- Identify risks to escalate to leadership/sales to gain support on resolution or next steps.
- Participate in weekly/monthly risk reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience working with financial reporting, analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI
- Ability to work in team environment
- Experience in dealing with pricing, short shipment, unauthorized product, and other deduction is considered an asset.
- Experience in collections and/or customer deductions is an asset
- Experience with Access and SAP is an asset
