About This Opportunity
The Senior Director, Supply Chain Planning will report into the VP, Supply Chain and lead a team of 4 Direct reports. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee the Supply Chain Planning function, ensuring the efficient and strategic management of all supply chain activities to support the continued growth and success of our business. The key responsibility of the Senior Director, Planning role is to govern all Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Transportation processes as a critical part of the S&OP cycle. This role is accountable for engaging all required stakeholders to align on a short- to long-term demand and supply signal including the Market Units, OUVPs, Customer and Commercial teams and Manufacturing. This senior leader will be directly accountable for build strategic plans for both the short and long term that maximize customer service levels while driving efficiencies in our network.
