POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Manoir Fontainebleau residence is located in Blainville along the Boulevard des Châteaux. It is the gateway to the prestigious Fontainebleau residential district.
The Manoir Fontainebleau is currently looking for a full-time dining room manager, Monday to Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 2 p.m., empathetic and concerned about the well-being of residents.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration
Provide a high level of customer service
Management
Organize and supervise the work of the waiters
Plan, manage and monitor operations in the dining room
Food Services
As part of the team, ensure the cleanliness of the dining rooms floors, tables and chairs (may require light housekeeping chores, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning etc.).
Participate in table service with your team of waiters
Perform other related duties
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
Experience in human resources management, an asset
Experience in a large restoration’s volume (an asset)
