Our target opening is March, 2022, and we are looking to hire all FOH positions, including servers, bussers, hosts and bartenders! Are you passionate about the service industry? Looking for a change? Experience in a restaurant setting of at least 1 year is most desirable, but training will also be provided.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient and professional service to all guests.
Ability to work in a team environment and a fast paced setting
Meeting and greeting guests as well as taking food orders and effectively communicating to the kitchen
Mixing and pouring cocktails, beer and wine
Wine knowledge and bottle opening skills ideal
Cleaning, bussing and re-setting tables as needed
Working with the chef team to ensure menu knowledge prior to service
Attends pre-service meetings daily.
Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations as per Provincial Health and company standards.
Reports to the General Manager
Requirements:
1+ years of experience serving guests in a restaurant setting.
Strong attention to detail. Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must.
Superior organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Experience with point of sale systems and handling cash a benefit
Strong motivational and leadership skills.
