Who you are

The Junior Financial Analyst will be responsible for a variety of tasks assisting in the overall transactional management of our brokerage services provided to companies of all sizes. With duties ranging from writing CIMs, reviewing leases, underwriting, and preparing all associating documentation, this is a wonderful opportunity for either a new grad or someone with a few years experience to join a newly created National team.

What you bring

• BA in finance, business administration, accounting or related area
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite of Office products, especially Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet quick deadlines with complete accuracy in resulting work product
• Proactive with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

Bonus skills and experience

• Experience in the real estate industry
• Experience with underwriting, or working with lenders and/or lease agreements

What success looks like

• Write CIMs (including maps, tenant overviews, market data etc.), and finding comparables through our database or third parties
• Prepare market analysis reports for senior leadership, including vacancy, absorption and comparable rents and sales.
• Input data for structuring of deals, including rent rolls, proformas, and construction budgets
• Provide support for client presentations, responses to RFPs, and new business pitches
• Prepare documentations, including engagement/mandate, and fee letters
• Work closely with research department to track and gather pertinent lease/sale comparables and companies in the market while updating building stacking plans.
• Assist in the management of team database, including tracking of lender feedback through Excel
• Responsible for internal coordination, including for compliance, administrative duties, and so forth
