Your role
We’re looking for an experienced, high performing and personable individual who will dedicate themselves to growing our Infrastructure Program and Project Management Services across Central Canada.
Already known as a successful leader, you bring a deep network of contacts, and you are well respected and trusted enabling you to form strategic partnerships across the industry to further advance the company’s growth in the horizontal infrastructure sector. You’ll also bring a proven business development and sales track record including the ability to pursue, win and grow long-term strategic accounts and major projects. You are adept at maintaining trusted advisor relationships with existing clients and building meaningful relationships with new clients through a combination of effective account management and exceptional client relationship management.

Achievement of annual Infrastructure Services sales targets for the three (3) Central Canada Business Units (P&Ls): Northern Ontario, Toronto Ontario, Southern Ontario
Strategic partner to the existing Business Unit VPs, Business Development Teams, Talent Acquisition and Marketing Teams to grow Infrastructure Services
Infrastructure SME for business development and account pursuits
Leading strategic infrastructure program and project pursuits across the Region
Selling all relevant services to existing and potential clients
Developing and mining trusted advisor relationships with clients
Identifying, developing and nurturing regional partnerships that will lead to new work and growth
Find and attract talent to build Infrastructure Services’ bench across the Region
Support the Region in the delivery of Infrastructure Services
Autonomous and resourceful leadership
A university degree in engineering or comparable education
Professional Engineering (P.Eng./ing.) and Project Management Professional (PMP) designations, or aspirations to achieve these designations, considered assets
10 or more years of experience representing the owner on horizontal infrastructure projects or programs
A track-record evidencing your ability to influence clients and sell value added services to meet their business needs
An active network of influential industry contacts and owner relationships within the Region as well as involvement with applicable Regional and national industry associations
Working knowledge and experience regarding utilities, water and wastewater conveyance and treatment, transportation infrastructure, transit systems, bridges and other heavy civil structures, major land development or a combination of these
Strong penchant for building trust and evidencing value internally in a matrix environment
Excellent verbal and written communication (French and English), facilitation and presentation skills including the ability to write winning proposals and win competitive interviews
Exceptional negotiation skill and influence ability
