Responsibilities:
You will be part of a team delivering several complex technology infrastructure projects from pre-project planning, through design, construction and transition management.
Planning, coordinating and progress reporting of project management activities including financial, schedule, communications, procurement, risk and issues through duration of project.
Preparing reports and presentations for the client and senior leadership.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders, funding partners, design and construction professionals to plan and implement capital building projects.
Use your technical knowledge in project planning, design and construction to resolve complex project challenges.
Ensure that project activities are conducted in accordance with Colliers Project Leaders Quality Management System.
Qualifications:
A university degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management, business, or an equivalent academic experience
Experience in public sector projects is an asset
2 plus years of experience in project coordination
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Resolve client, project and technical challenges
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
The ability to prioritize competing tasks to meet tight deadlines
Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Project) and word processing (Word) software applications
Intermediate spreadsheet (Excel) skills
