The candidate for this position is responsible for adequately fulfilling all the functions and responsibilities assigned to them. Under the supervision of the Director of Technical Support and Training, they will work with other members of the sales, R&D and production teams. Their main responsibility will be to ensure that requests submitted by customers to technical support are answered promptly, professionally and with the highest level of quality. This job also requires participating in training at customer locations as well as traveling, mainly in Canada and the United States.
