Commissionaires services over 200 sites and are located in over 110 communities across the province. Our client base runs from the federal government to local municipalities, airports, industrial sectors, and commercial/residential buildings.
Based in our Kelowna office, and reporting to the Kelowna Office Lead, the Office Administrator will play a pivotal role within our team providing service to our visitors, assisting with fingerprinting and Identification services, assignment of uniforms to employees, and supporting the Human Resources and Operations departments with projects as assigned
The position will see you working two days a week, Tuesdays and Fridays 8am till 4pm
Hourly payrate $23 per hour, increasing to $24 after 6 months

Major Responsibilities
Education & Knowledge
Education: High school diploma required along with a post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration preferred;
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in office administration.
