The Role
As a People Development Coordinator at CLBC, you will be responsible for the coordination, communication, and administration of a wide range of learning and development activities, both online and face-to-face. You will prepare online and print learning promotional materials, as well as learning session materials, such as PowerPoint slide decks, handouts and workbooks. You will support the development and maintenance of the learning analytics and evaluation system, as well as the administrative functions of the People Development Team. You will also support the People and Culture team and other CLBC departments, and learners at all levels of the organization located throughout the province.

Qualifications
Hybrid work You will be required to work one day from Head Office, and can work a second day at a CLBC office closer to your home. The remaining 3 days can be worked from home.
