Complete Technologies is Saskatchewan’s leading, award-winning Managed Services provider located in the beautiful Innovation Place Regina with all amenities it has to offer. We are seeking to add dynamic and experienced Technical Analyst for a full time employment.
Position overview:
Technical Analyst contributes to the success of Complete Technologies by providing timely, professional and efficient technical support to our clients, while providing excellent customer service. They report to Technical Team Lead and work together with other technicians leading projects for our clients.
Perfect candidates MUST have:
– Recent experience working with local Managed Services Provider OR as a part of IT helpdesk;
– Communication skills as most of the work will be on-site client-facing service calls;
– Experience with hosted solutions (Office 365, Hosted Exchange server, etc.);
– Experience managing and monitoring the performance of computer systems and networks using RMM tool;
– Worked with File- and Image-level backup solutions;
– Follow and participate in developing procedures and technical checklists;
– Server & Network administration and troubleshooting experience – Windows server, Hyper-V, VMWare, Exchange server, firewall setup and management (MCP Certificate would be an asset);
– Positive attitude to work and life;
– Valid driver’s license and your own vehicle.
What your work week will look like:
– Combination of on-site service calls (99% will be within Saskatoon city limits) and remote work every day;
– Managing and leading projects almost every week;
– Monitoring client’s networks and backup reports;
– Assisting with choosing the best technical solution for the client’s situation.
