Job Title: Customer Service Representative (2 openings)
Reports to: Office Manager
Shift: 3:30PM – 12:00AM or 10:30PM-7:00AM
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Greet drivers upon arrival at the facility, working closely with them to ensure they receive an exceptional customer service experience at the facility. This includes signing in/out, collecting and reviewing paperwork.
- Perform all necessary system transactions accurately in the warehouse management system including order entry and receiving.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of shipments. Providing carriers with appointments.
- Closely work with the warehouse team regarding inventory management, etc.
- Assisting warehouse staff in obtaining information from systems or customers.
- Communicating with the customer on upcoming shipping requirements.
- Assist on other accounts where required.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role, preferably within a warehouse environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong computer skills. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office and Outlook is a must.
- Must be reliable, punctual, be attentive to details and have solid time management skills.
- Must be organized, a quick learner, and a team player.
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a positive attitude and high work ethic.
Academic/Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
