Assistant Service Manager (Service Manager)- Confidential Automotive Dealership (Fraser Valley)

I am currently conducting a confidential search for an Assistant Service Manager who would be assuming the role of Service Manager. This transition will be supported by the Senior Management of the Dealership which has the Fixed Operations experience to support the right candidate in this move.

Must have skills:

• A minimum of 4 years of Service Advisor experience or at least 2 years of Senior Service Advisor experience combined with a stable employer history.
• Outstanding communication skills and leadership skills.
• A very strong work ethic and desire to lead by example while still being able to delegate effectively.
• An understanding of Fixed Operations, Customer Service and its importance.
• Canadian Residency and the ability to work for any Canadian employer.
• All the above experience must have been within a full service franchised automotive dealership at a major Metropolitan Canadian market.
