We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support an Executive’s family. The Personal Assistant will work out of the family household in Mid-Town Toronto, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. While it is accessible via transit, a car would be preferred.
Daily, you will work with the Executive’s Partner in support of them and the family. You will be interfacing with a variety of household staff (nanny, other support staff) and help with scheduling, trip planning, party organization, and general house organization to ensure everything is running efficiently in a thoughtful and organized manner.
This role is well suited for someone who has worked with another UHNW family before. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, who is oriented, extremely organized, proactive and proficient with Microsoft Office.
