The Opportunity:

The Wellness Supervisor role will be serving the community of Points West Living Wainwright in Wainwright. The Wellness Supervisor is responsible for ensuring top resident care is priority, with a high level of focus in time management.

• Using the available resources, the Wellness Supervisor is responsible for delegating, coordinating, and evaluating the delivery of care based on the Resident Care Plan & Service Plan
• Ensure that care delivered recognizes each Resident as an individual so that personal needs are met beyond traditional nursing practices.
• Educate and orientate delegated services to care partners as per accepted practice standards.

Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from:

• Graduate of a recognized LPN program
• Registered and in good standing with their related Licensing Body
• Valid Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Experience and knowledge in Human Resources and/or Labour Relations
