Key Job Functions include:
Assist with placing job advertisements for our Local and Long-haul driving positions
Sourcing candidates
Determine potential applicant qualifications by assisting with the driver screening process
by completing telephone and in-person Interviews
Arrange road test evaluations
Assist with arranging pre-employment drug tests
Assist with onboarding process
Participate with the coordination of new-hire orientation
Assist with 30/90/180-day follow-up interviews with drivers
Assist with the Foreign worker programs
Other duties as required
The successful candidate should have the following:
2 years of recruitment experience in the Transportation Industry
Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Able to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Strong Interpersonal skills
Reliable and dependable
