Consult is excited to partner with a leading Healthcare Technology company. Currently announcing the launch of a brand-new team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a close-knit team of approximately six individuals, with the potential for significant growth.
In this role, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the successful implementation of cutting-edge equipment. You’ll have the chance to train and educate healthcare professionals in a clinical setting, ensuring they can get the most out of this innovative technology.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical education and training to surgeons, residents, and staff on the product portfolio.
- Partner with surgeons to develop customized protocols and optimize patient outcomes.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on product performance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Stay current on clinical research and best practices in the field.
- Travel throughout Canada to provide on-site support and training.
About You:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Proven experience in providing clinical education and training to healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel nationally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience with medical devices a strong asset.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in French is a plus.
- Understanding of Ophthalmic experience is preferred.
