- Answering phone calls
- Processing invoices
- Processing payments
- Printing Cheques
- Depositing cheques
- Taking payments
- Filing documents
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification:
- Similar work experience in office area or customer service area is an asset
- Must have computer skills, able to use different computer applications or eager to learn
- Must be thorough and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills i.e. answering phone calls
- Be able to communicate by email in a professional manner
