Cooke Insurance has a Personal Lines Broker (Customer Service) position available in Summerside, PE.
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide quality service to our clients by working collaboratively with colleagues and various vendors to ensure our clients are properly protected. Previous insurance experience is not required but it is an asset.
As the ideal candidate you:
- have a minimum 2-3 years customer service experience
- possess a professional & pleasant telephone manner, with a commitment to superior customer service
- the ability to establish effective relationships with team members, staff and clients
- will be a multi-tasked, well-organized professional with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure of time restraints
- enjoy a fast paced changing environment
- is an ambitious and motivated individual with a positive attitude
- posses excellent oral communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
- are comfortable working individually and in a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
