General Manager – High Volume Corporate Restaurant Group
Location: Ottawa ON
Salary up to 95,000 total + Benefits, and MORE
I’m working with a well-known restaurant group who is currently growing their teams in several markets. This is an opportunity to lead the operations in this high-volume restaurant, provide exceptional leadership to team members, and manage the restaurants profitability.
The Role:
- Manage and budgets and financials and other administrative duties
- Always ensure complete guest satisfaction
- Oversee and ensure general maintenance and cleanliness of property
- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Consistently implement initiatives to achieve all financial targets and performance goals
The Person:
- 3+ years previous experience leading a full-service restaurant
- Must have high volume corporate restaurant experience*
- Passionate about developing others
- Established leadership skills
- Highly organized with great planning and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Well versed in local marketing skills and event management
- Energetic and positive
- Committed to being inclusive and embracing diversity
