We are currently seeking a full time site superintendent with minimum 3 years construction related experience in ICI interior renovations.

Candidates must have full comprehension and a strong command of the English language. Must have a valid drivers license and a vehicle.
As a site superintendent you will be responsible for the day to day site activities from job set up, job site safety, coordination of trades, scheduling, material handling, liaison with building operations, city inspectors, project consultants and have the ability to handle some small tool installations. You will be able to read drawings, create trade schedules, understand the change order process and ensure all deficiencies are completed in a timely manner.
You will be organized, able to handle multiple projects at the same time and have a keen eye to detail and quality of workmanship. You will ensure project site is maintained safe, clean and organized at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
