Product Manager
What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Product Manager within our Corpay division. A successful Product Manager will have to use their skills to innovate the digital products and systems for the Currency Risk Management Product Line. They are passionate about building products with a customer obsessed mindset. Everything they do is to bring value and solve problems for the customers and at the same time bring further automation or cost savings to the internal organization. The right person will own the customer experience and user journeys that will transform this Product Line from an offline broker/deal model to online digital experience for our customers. This position falls under our Corpay Cross Border line of business and is located in 212 King Street West, Toronto ON. You will report directly to the Director Product Manager and regularly collaborate with team(s)/department(s). This role is focused on Currency Risk Management product line with two distinct products that serve same B2B client base. The role comes with the need to own product roadmap, customer research, market analysis and revenue growth responsibilities.
The salary range rate for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 CAD.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Study, Investigate, research existing Currency Risk Management business and its customers to understand their challenges and needs.
- Define and document user personas for the influencers, buyers and the potential platform users.
- Have a deep look at how the business runs today and begin to define how the offline GTM can be converted into digital online experience
- Define/describe the key features needed and user journey/workflows in a clear and easy to understand way for sales, marketing and technology teams
- Clearly write specifications for new features or updating existing features based on research
- Prioritize Story/feature’s with value-based evidence.
- Oversee/align all phases and aspects of Agile software development cycle and be voice of business/customer at all agile ceremonies
- Work with team to plan “Release’s/Launch” to market, including defining objectives, timelines, risks, success criteria.
- Define and successfully manage beta, pilot or other external testing programs with customers and partners
- Quantify success of the product launches and ensure the launch success is contributing positivity to the overall revenue growth of the product line
- FX Broker experiences is vital to the role
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence and align stakeholders towards a common goal
- Manage cross functional teams to drive the product objectives forward.
- Proactively addresses issues and investigates problems without seeking permission
- Ability to work cooperatively within and across teams/departments to achieve goals and outcomes
- Ability to prioritize work to be done in alignment with goals/objectives
- Maintain focus on customer retention and loyalty
- 4+ years working in product management or product development and can demonstrate experience in building customer facing products
- Experience with consumer insights and market research specifically to utilize those to generate revenue
- Demonstrated revenue responsibility for product line
- Experience with working with UX design & Agile Scrum Teams
- Experience working in Global Payments or equivalent technology business
- Experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Aha for Product Management lifecycle / Experience in managing teams working with the above tools
