Cortel Group Looking for Builder Representative (Key Runner) – Construction at Oakville, ON Full Time

We are looking for a builder representative who will take on the role of key runner at a new condo development in Vaughan.

Duties:

-Escort and open suites for trades

-Remain in suites while trades are completing their assigned tasks

-Ensure tasks of the trade are being met in accordance with daily outlined work orders

-Ensure the job is done in a satisfactory manner that meets the expectations of the builder

-Make detailed notes of any work that was not completed for the day or that needs to be rescheduled

-Ensure all suites are locked upon exit (suites are never to be left unattended or unlocked)

-Report to the customer care office at the end of each trade’s shift and provide a summary of what was completed in each suite

Qualifications:

-Post Secondary Education

-Reliable mode of transportation to our site in Vaughan

-Strong organizational skills

-Ability to pay attention to details

-Enthusiastic and positive attitude

-Desire to want to learn about the construction industry and grow

-Knowledge of new build construction (not necessary, but an asset)

Hours:

Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Monday to Thurs, Saturdays from 7:00AM to 4:00PM

(times may vary)

Personal Protective Equipment Required:

-Hard Hat, Steel Toe Boots and Safety Vest

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
