Corus Orthodontists Looking for Marketing Coordinator – Signature Orthodontics at Edmonton, Alberta, Canada Full Time

Signature Orthodontics is looking for a part-time passionate, driven and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our well-established practice in North Edmonton, AB.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for all internal and external office marketing. This includes managing and maintaining the marketing budget, determining, organizing and completing all marketing projects, as well as all social media and the Signature website as determined by the Dr.’s and Office Manager.

What you will be doing – key responsibilities:

• Manages and supports our Patient Rewards Hub program.
• Oversees DSID (an in-office marketing tool)
• Works collaboratively with website designers, as needed, to develop custom forms, and keeps website up to date with correct information/changes
• Manages/oversees all internal and external Marketing for the office
• Build relationships and referrals with Dentist offices
• Troubleshoots applications, system and network problems in a methodical and thorough manner
• Talks staff/patients through a series of actions, either in person or over the telephone to help with systems/applications or resolves issues.
• Manages all Social Media including FB, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Lumino Health etc.
• Works with the Office Coordinator to create and submit Blogs on the website & social media
• Creates/edits/maintains all office brochures, tear off sheets
• Supports multiple applications/programs at one time
• Liaises with external or internal clients
• Liaises between Corus Head Office and Practice
• Develops templates for letters, documents and forms
• Creates power point presentations for training or educational purposes
• Prioritizes and escalates issues as needed.
• Performs special projects and other responsibilities.
• Privacy breach management; report to the Privacy Officer when there is unauthorized access to, collection of, use of, disclosure of or disposal of patient personal or health information.

Where you will be working/other important information:

• Working Wednesday – Friday (24hrs/wk)
• Wage: $22-25/hr

• You like to build relationships with others, have strong verbal/written communication skills, and proactively take on new challenges.

What you bring – qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or college diploma required.
• Two or more years of marketing/business/communications experience required.
• One or more years of professional experience using Facebook and Instagram for a business or organization.
• Digital media buying experience including SEO, SEM, paid social an asset.
• Experience evaluating performance using Google Analytics and Facebook Insights an asset.
• Familiarity and experience using project management software (e.g., Asana), social media scheduling tools (e.g. HeyOrca), and design software (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) is an asset.
