Courtesy Ford Lincoln is currently seeking a Full Time Receptionist to join their dynamic team in London. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving customers in a courteous, professional manner and delivering the personalized service that exemplifies our dealership.

About you:

You will fit into our family-oriented atmosphere where the goal is to ensure that each customer is understood, appreciated and valued. You have a positive attitude and are willing to learn and want to grow in the automotive industry.

Here’s what you will deliver:

• Communicate effectively in person with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Provide a pleasant and efficient telephone experience for both inbound and outbound calls.
• Qualify customer requests and direct to appropriate department and schedule service appointments as required.
• Support Sales staff with customer file administration and receipt of payments.
• Communicate with Managers in a timely fashion with any identified customer concerns.
• Aid in general administrative functions within the dealership.

What you need to succeed:

• Professional demeanor and presentation.
• Engaging personality that exemplifies exceptional customer service traits.
• Previous experience in a reception type role, with dealership environment exposure a definite asset.
• Strong phone and interpersonal skills.
• Hardworking, reliable individual with exposure to a fast-paced environment.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Strong computer skills, including hands on experience with MIcrosoft Office and Google Apps.
