Covey Basics, a New Brunswick owned office supplies company serving New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work out of our Fredericton location . If you are a motivated, results driven individual who thrives in a customer focused environment, this is the job for you.
So what will you do?
- Provide customers with the highest level of customer experience by answering inquiries, inputting orders and resolving customer complaints.
- Promote sales growth by providing excellent customer service and creating longstanding relationships with customer in person and over the phone.
- Provide sales support to our sales team.
- Administrative duties including greeting customers, answering switchboard, and filing (as required).
What are we looking for?
- A personable self-starter that is outgoing and pays attention to every detail.
- Excellent People skills (Phone and in person)
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A level of understanding and ability to use professional information in the area of credit and collections.
- Successful data entry experience and experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
