Responsibilities:
Line cooking consists of preparing food for customers and other daily tasks needed.
Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.
Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked.
The prep cook is responsible to produce all items on the menu.
Maintaining proper rotation and freshness.
Requirements:
Preferably with experience but willing to train.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Aptitude for multi-tasking.
