The successful applicant will create a positive impression and welcoming reception while performing several administrative duties including: greeting and directing visitors, answering and forwarding telephone calls, and providing information over the phone. Additional responsibilities will include file set up, data entry, dicta-typing, and file management while performing general administrative duties.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– 1-2 years experience providing administrative support in a professional office environment
– Knowledge of the insurance industry will be considered an asset
– Bilingual in French and English
– Proven organizational skills
– Professional telephone manners
– Excellent transcribing skills with a typing rate of 50 wpm
– Advanced computer skills including Office 365
– Must be a flexible team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service
