Crawford Packaging Looking for Data Entry at Brampton, ON Full Time

Crawford Packaging is seeking a skilled data entry individual for our Sales Administrator position located in Brampton. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering superior customer support by leading the timely generation of proposals, processing service orders and ensuring effective communication to internal and external clients.

Essential Functions:

• Manage Pricing files – Prepare increase reports and input/update price files as required.
• Manage the general email inbox.
• Work with Sales Management team.
• Distribute, track, and follow up on Sales Leads.
• Prepare sales reports – extract system data and manipulate using Microsoft Excel. Reports include but are not limited to; Weekly/Monthly sales reports, lost business analysis, growth opportunity reports.
• Monitor daily transaction report – work with Manager to adjust/correct discrepancies.
• Prepare presentations and marketing material on request.
• Take meeting minutes for sales meeting
• Monitor inventory agreement reports, work with sales representative to ensure inventory contracts are being upheld.
• Manage Client Portal – Ensure multi-location clients are grouped correctly.
• Manage office supply stock and replenish when necessary
• Assist manager with corporate event planning.
• General office duties.
• Greet incoming guests and appointments
• Manage boardroom bookings.
• Organize catering for meetings.
• Manage incoming mail and distribute accordingly.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities within a team environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and adapt to assignments and deadlines
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or relevant work experience an asset
• Experience generating customer proposals
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Word, etc.
• Experience with Visual, CRM, ERP programs and data input
• Ability to accurately interpret report results
• Experience providing customer service is an asset
• A positive individual with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment
