CRCS DKI Looking for Project Manager/Estimator at Oshawa, ON Full Time

Project Managers Project Managers are primarily accountable for writing accurate estimates, planning, executing and delivering jobs in a timely and efficient manner, based on key performance indicator. To be successful in this position, you must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and have the ability to multitask. CRCS DKI requires you to exhibit the key components outlined below:

• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
• The Project Manager will be solely responsible for the lifecycle of the file, meeting and exceeding key performance indicators and maintaining the highest level of service to the clients of CRCS DKI.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, business owners, home owners, coworkers and sub trades.
• Fluent in Xactimate, Xactanalysis and Sketch.
• Participate in on going marketing initiatives, industry events and training.
• Must be able to create and understand budgets, meet timelines and monitor job costs.
• Schedule and coordinate construction staff, technicians and sub trades for all jobs.
• The Project Manager will work out of our head office located at 1200 Skae Drive, Oshawa Ontario.

Additional requirements and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Must have IICRC Certification or equivalent.
• Must have working knowledge of IHSA (Infrastructure Health and Safety Association), Ministry of Labour regulations, and local building codes
• Willing to participate in On-Call schedule (Weeknights & Weekends)
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills

Education/Expertise:

• 7-10 years of experience in the restoration industry and/or in general construction as a Project Manager.
• Annual WHMIS Certification is required.
• Emergency or Standard First Aid would be an asset.
• Hold a valid Class G Ontario Driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.
• Be familiar with the appropriate tools, supplies and techniques used in a variety of different construction situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Overtime

Supplemental pay types:
