This job title also includes the person who is responsible for the administrative operation of a department and who oversees the department’s internal and external relations. She/he is responsible for the activities of the department’s office personnel.
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
• Participates in the accommodation and local transport improvement for processes and parameters;
• Collaborates to the creation, setting-up and functioning of various administrative systems;
• Participates in the implementation and application and/or operation of various administrative policies, procedures and systems;
• Performs complex administrative tasks related to various administrative systems;
• Processes, compiles, and analyses administrative and/or clerical data in existing systems;
• Prepares administrative reports, statistics and other reports requested by CBHSSJB departments;
• Collaborates with all CBHSSJB departments using Care4 and Nomadis;
• Participates in the development and implementation of projects related to local transport and accommodation;
• Performs daily monitoring for all Regional and intra-regional transportation;
• Advises all Care4 and Nomadis users and provides them with the necessary support, in a collaborative manner;
• Collaborates and communicates with all other staff, for the benefit of the users. Provide basic single action training (individually and in group) and maintain training register updated;
• Ensures the carrying out of her or his duties according to the organization’s procedures and guidelines, and other regulations in effect, in order to provide quality services;
• Carries out other tasks usually assigned to an Administration Technician upon the request of her/his supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
• Must have a Diploma of College Studies with specialization in Administrative Techniques or in an appropriate discipline from a school recognized by the Ministère de l’Éducation du Loisir et du Sport.
Experience:
• Two years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Abilities:
• Good knowledge of administrative theory, systems, techniques and practise;
• Knowledge of the MSSS Network and administrative regulations is an asset;
• Good knowledge and ability in office computer applications;
• Knowledge of Care4 and Nomadis Platform system;
• Good knowledge of the NOC is an asset;
• Proactive;

LANGUAGE
• Fluent in English;
